"We have passed a more difficult test of time as Gambians to begin such a route ...Violence is not the way from either side. We need immediate and open dialogue, communications and access to facts to clarify divergent views before sensations and emotions take over rationale and solutions. Eye for an eye leaves all blind. No one is responsible for the change in Gambia but God, He changed our leadership peacefully when we united in the desperate end and we must cherish that blessing and sign. Every village, house, community, region's problem is a National problem. So let's tread to solve & unite but not segregate. Peace and Unity are naturally conjoined, we can't have one without the other. Let us remember we are still going through a transition and that requires discipline, tolerance and compassion towards one another there until justice prevails and in other cases reconciliation occurs . Moreover, we should really focus our energy and knowledge on the burning economic and development needs of our dear nation. My piece for peace. ✌🏾🇬🇲"
